I love to share my passion for food and having people enjoy it makes me feel good. Since I was very young, I have been taking cooking classes at school or hosting them at home. With my friends, we used to pick fruits from my garden and made a tart or a cake with our bounty. Every summer, I loved to make the raspberry sauce to go with my mom's apple crumble tart. My Mom and Dad hosted a lot of dinners, so I have always been surrounded by good cooking, quality food, and many memorable moments with friends. It was natural for me when I opened my tea shop in Southern France. I selected only the best ingredients, baked them fresh, and shared them with my customers.
