Hot yoga with Yoga Wild has truly changed my life. I struggled immensely for years with chronic sinus issues and found no relief from standard medical care. I started Yoga Wild out of desperation looking for relief from my chronic sinus infections. After my first class I felt a huge reduction in inflammation and knew I had found something very special. Now almost three years later of consistent Hot Yoga 3 times per week and a clean diet, I continue to be free of sinus issues. For me, Hot Yoga is more than just a work out, it’s my medicine.
