I placed an order on Tuesday for valentines and unfortunately they didn't have what I originally had ordered and called me to let me know if I wanted a refund or something else. I told them toreplace it with something they think would look best and they nailed it. My wife loved it and I was impressed myself! They gave me something more than what I had paid for.
