PacRes founders Matt Stashin, Melissa Stashin, and Eric Wiley joined together in 2004 and built PacRes on a foundation of deep experience in mortgage banking. Service to others, passionate pursuit of employee success, and a willingness to trust that good things come back to those who do good sparked the company to life. Strong follow-through has sustained us through some of the toughest financial times our country has experienced over the past 20 years.
