Howard's is the BEST place to by appliances. Last month we bought a new Samsung Fridge and today we bought a new Samsung washer and dryer. The prices beat all other stores and they price match just in case. Both times, the employees were professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and made it quick and easy to purchase.
fantastic experience with Dawn. she got me the GE top load washer as advertised from the Summer Appliance Blowout, it was in stock and there was no hassle scheduling the delivery. it was easy to get financing approval. delivery and install was free, just needed to pay for parts & haul away the old washer. thanks again!
Needed a new side by side refrigerator. Went to Lowes, Home Depot and Howards. Decided to go with Howards because the sales person, Nid, was way more helpful than the sales folks at Lowes or the Depot. If you need an appliance go see Nid...She'll take care of you. Also got next day delivery and set up which was a plus.
Amit at the Laguna Hills store was extremely knowledgeable and wanted to help & answer my questions unlike Home Depot where I went afterwards for another bid. Quality looks great, installation good. Now I hope that the three appliances will have many good years of use. Very glad I switched to Howard's. Left
