used them to change brand new water heater & owner decided to read mymessages for future plumbing issues and doesn't respond but reads the texts. willtell you now from a customer who spends thousands with you. will not recommendyour company to anyone i know or any home warranty. owner is Jose by the way.you should never have service like that as an owner. BE AWARE anyone who usesthem. Stay away!!! & it's so unfortunate because Jose was great in the beginningbut obviously doesn't know what customer relationship or retention means
