Antonio Carini grew up in a little fishing village in Sicily, Italy called Porticello. After several attepts, he finally arrived in America at the age nineteen and began to persue “The American Dream” by opening his own restaurant. To this day, when he is nnot fishing in the ice cold waters of Alaska for salmon, he’s right here making pizza.
