Through education and motivation, Waterworks Aquatics Carlsbad swim school promotes a life-long love for swimming and encourages water safety and continual development at every swimming level. With students as young as 3 months, and adults of all ages, Waterworks Aquatics Carlsbad believes that it’s never too soon or too late to learn how to swim. With patience, encouragement, and a unique muscle memory teaching technique, our Carlsbad swim school students are able to learn how to swim at a very quick rate. With a child-centered approach, we build lasting relationships with our families that extend beyond swimming lessons. We want our families and instructors to work together to learn invaluable swimming skills, build confidence, and share a love for swimming that lasts a lifetime. Waterworks Aquatics Carlsbad swim school is located in Bressi Ranch and features 2 heated indoor pools; a lap pool and a teaching pool. Our lap pool is 25 yards in length, consists of 4 lanes, and is heated up to 89 degrees year-round. Children can also learn to swim in our teaching pool, which is heated to a cozy 93 degrees. The world-class William A. Wagner Aquatic Center provides competition-level amenities to serve Oceanside residents and non-residents, local school districts and hosts regional meets. In addition to competitive amenities, the aquatic center accommodates recreational features for all. Main components include a 56-meter competition pool, diving boards (1 meter and 3 meter), instructional pool, a splash pad, administrative offices, meeting rooms, a large events center, locker rooms, and outdoor recreational and viewing areas.
