As the Temecula’s Most Experienced Permanent Makeup Artist, Dawn Percer has been board-certified for all of her career and specializes in Microblading/Powder-Fill Brows, Custom Eyeliners, and Full Lip Colors with Blended Lipliners. She has been enhancing beauty naturally with permanent makeup since 1986. Dawn also has extensive experience with 3D Areola/Nipple Restorations, Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), Scar Reduction Treatments, and Permanent MakeupCorrections.
I've known Dawn for many years, starting with having her do my eyebrows with micro pigment implantation. It held up over the years but I had lost touch with her and really needed an update. I was asking around and I found her again through a client of hers who referred me to her. What are the odds! I consulted with her and she gave me the royal treatment! Not only is she good at her craft but she has a way of making you feel good, inside and out. She mixed colors to exactly what I had envisioned and I walked out of her office so happy!
I followed her directions of after care for the next month and then went for my follow up. I don't know how she could improve on the first visit, but she did! My morning routine has become so. much. easier!!!
