My path in yoga started in Seattle, where I discovered its profound ability to help me dive deep into my true self. After owning a studio in Seattle, life took me on a beautiful adventure to Southern California—raising three wonderful children and celebrating 26 years of marriage. Through it all, yoga has been my constant, guiding me through every twist and turn. I've trained with many incredible teachers, and now I’m excited to share my passion and knowledge with the community at Soul Movement Yoga.
